Custom Items

Custom Items or personalized items are not refundable and cannot be returned.

That 2 This Creations does not issue refunds. That 2 This creations will only issue store credit for returns on none custom items. Buyer pays shipping cost to return item.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Your item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it in order to receive store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not.
