However, our goal is to get every order completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The processing time may be increased for larger orders. Please contact us at info@that2thiscreations.com if you are placing large orders to get an estimate on the processing time for that order.

If you have placed an order for multiple items, your order will ship once all items in your order have been processed and completed. Please place a separate order for items that process sooner than your other items if you would like them to ship sooner.

If you need your order sooner you may pay a Rush Fee. The rush fee prices are listed under "Add on Fees" in the navigation bar at the top of the page. You must also pay expedited shipping fees. Please contact us for the expedited shipping fee prices if they are not listed upon checkout.
